Plans, pricing and data rules

Choose a monthly plan for regular use, or a data pack for occasional use. Start with how often you connect, then pick an allowance based on your account's usage history. The number of devices isn't a reason to choose a higher tier.

Monthly plans: a fresh data allowance each month

Data resets monthly on your activation date. All options below are monthly plans; no unlisted billing periods or discounts are included. The allowance is the key difference between tiers.

Light use

60GB Monthly Plan

60GB per month

¥9.9/month

A good fit for browsing, looking up information and text-based tools. If you don't connect often, start here to see how much data you actually use before deciding whether to move up a tier.

  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited devices; share the account's data allowance
  • 14-day refund policy

Streaming video or downloading large files can use up data faster. This tier is for light use, not sustained high-data activity.

Choose this plan
Everyday mixed use

250GB Monthly Plan

250GB per month

¥18/month

A good fit for users who mix work research, AI tools and streaming. Use your computer and mobile devices at the same time, and factor all these activities into your data budget.

  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited devices; supports five platforms
  • 14-day refund policy

More room than the light-use tier, but data is still limited. Video quality, file sizes and background syncing all affect usage. Check your dashboard's usage history and adjust accordingly.

Choose this plan
Higher data needs

500GB Monthly Plan

500GB per month

¥28/month

A good fit for frequent access to international websites, regular media streaming or frequent file transfers. If your usage history shows that smaller allowances run out too quickly, consider this tier.

  • Data resets monthly on your activation date
  • Unlimited devices for simultaneous use
  • 14-day refund policy

A larger allowance gives you more data to work with; it doesn't guarantee a particular speed or streaming quality on every website. Your experience also depends on your local network, chosen route and the service you're accessing.

Choose this plan
Keep resets and upgrades in mind. Monthly plan data resets on your activation date, not on the first of each calendar month. Mid-cycle upgrade charges are prorated based on the remaining days; don't work them out by subtracting the monthly prices of two tiers. Before proceeding, check the updated order and billing period in your dashboard to make sure they match your needs.

Data packs: never expire

Data packs give you a set allowance to use at your own pace. They never expire and work well for intermittent use, long gaps between sessions or anyone who'd rather not budget data month by month.

300GB Data Pack

Use until it's gone · Never expires

¥158/300GB

A good fit for occasional research on international sites, short-term projects or intermittent use of online tools. When you're taking a break, there's no monthly reset date to plan around. Check your remaining data in the dashboard when you're ready to use it again.

  • No monthly reset
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day refund policy

Your allowance decreases with use. Never expires refers to the validity period; data isn't automatically restored once used up.

1000GB Data Pack

Use until it's gone · Never expires

¥358/1000GB

A good fit if your schedule varies but your total data needs are substantial. Work and leisure use can draw from the same account allowance, making this a practical option if you prefer to budget by actual usage rather than by month.

  • No monthly reset
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day refund policy

Before choosing, estimate your total long-term data needs. A larger allowance doesn't change how you choose a route or the access rules of the service you're connecting to.

3000GB Data Pack

Use until it's gone · Never expires

¥658/3000GB

A good fit if you know your usage patterns and need a larger total allowance. If your usage varies by project, consider this a longer-term data budget rather than basing your choice on one short-term spike in demand.

  • No monthly reset
  • Unlimited devices
  • 14-day refund policy

The allowance is still limited. Background downloads and media streaming also use data. Check your remaining balance in the user dashboard.

Choose this plan

Monthly plans and data packs have different billing models. A data pack isn't an automatic add-on to a monthly plan. If you're changing an existing plan, read the order details in your dashboard first. If anything looks different from what you expected, check with support before proceeding.

Included with every plan

The main differences between plans are the data allowance and billing model. Device support, platform compatibility and route coverage are the same across tiers.

International route coverage

90+ countries / 240+ routes. Check the user dashboard for current route groups and available options. Choose a location based on the service you need, then adjust based on your experience. Coverage doesn't mean every location will deliver the same results.

Unlimited devices

Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Use your account across unlimited devices, but note that data is still limited. Sign in to get your subscription; client downloads are available through the user dashboard.

Routing and usage help

Route traffic by app to reduce data use from connections you don't need. Check streaming access on your chosen route; a plan's data allowance doesn't guarantee platform compatibility. If you run into import, connection or billing issues, submit a support ticket with the details.

If you're unsure how much data you need, start by distinguishing between browsing text, streaming media and transferring files. Text-based requests generally use a different amount of data from continuous video streaming. This page doesn't estimate fixed usage hours, since video quality, file size and usage habits all affect consumption. If you have usage history, your dashboard's data records are a better guide than guesswork.

Payment options and order checks

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Complete payment through the order page in the user dashboard.

AlipayWeChat PayUSDT
  1. Check your plan and account first

In the dashboard, check the account, plan name, billing model and amount. Monthly plans and data packs replenish data differently, so don't compare them by allowance alone. If you're changing an existing plan, review the change details shown in the dashboard first.

  2. Pay through the order page

Choose an available payment method on the order page and follow the instructions. For USDT payments, verify the network, amount and recipient details shown on that page. Don't use details from another order or an old record. This page doesn't display a wallet address.

  3. Return to the dashboard to check your order

After payment, return to the user dashboard to verify your order status, plan and data allowance, then get your subscription from the client downloads section. If you've paid but the status hasn't updated, keep your order details and payment receipt, then submit a support ticket. Check the original order before taking any further action.

14-day, no-questions-asked refund

Submit refund requests through a support ticket in the user dashboard. See the Terms of Service for the full terms.

Have your order details ready

Sign in to the account used for the order. In your support ticket, identify the order you want refunded and include the plan name, payment status and relevant receipt. Provide enough information to verify the transaction; don't include your account password or full subscription URL. If the payment status is incorrect, explain the discrepancy between the order page and the payment result.

Check the original ticket for updates

Check the ticket reply in your dashboard after submitting, and provide any additional information needed for review. Refund decisions and details are based on the ticket and order records; no processing time or payment-provider turnaround is guaranteed on this page. Read the full terms for refund eligibility and application rules rather than relying on the short label on a plan card.

Billing and refund FAQs

These answers cover plan selection, orders and data rules. For connection issues, see the FAQs.

When does monthly plan data reset?
Monthly plan data resets on your activation date, not on the first of each calendar month. Check your account's data allowance and billing period in the user dashboard.
How are mid-cycle plan upgrades calculated?
The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is prorated based on the remaining days. Review the updated order and billing period in the user dashboard before confirming payment. Don't calculate the upgrade charge by simply subtracting the plans' monthly prices.
Do data packs require monthly renewal?
Data packs are valid until used and never expire; they don't reset monthly. They use a different billing model from monthly plans, whose data resets on the activation date.
Which payment methods are supported, and where can I check my order?
Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT are supported. After payment, return to the user dashboard to check your order status and plan. If payment went through but the status hasn't updated, keep your payment receipt and submit a support ticket for review.
How do I request a refund?
VPNWH offers a 14-day refund policy. Sign in to the user dashboard and submit a support ticket with your refund request and order details. See the Terms of Service for the full refund terms.
Do I need a separate plan for each device?
All plans support unlimited devices and work with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. Unlimited devices doesn't mean unlimited data, so keep an eye on your account's remaining allowance across all devices.
