Customer Support

Customer Support & Tickets

Submit connection, subscription, and billing questions through the user panel. Replies and follow-up details stay in the same ticket.

Open a Support Ticket

Log in and open the ticket area to describe the issue. For order or refund questions, submit the ticket from the account linked to that order so it can be verified.

Open a Ticket

Support replies depend on the issue and troubleshooting progress. Check for replies in the user panel after submitting. If more details are needed, reply to the same ticket. No fixed response time is promised.

No support email address or Telegram contact has been published. Please use the ticket form on this page. Tickets are available for connection troubleshooting, subscription issues, order checks, and refund requests.

What to Include in Your Ticket

Describe what happened and what you’ve already tried. This makes it easier to investigate than simply saying “it doesn’t work.”

Connection and Client

Device, Network, and Error Details

Include your platform, client name and version, network environment, and approximately when the issue occurred. Say whether you can’t connect at all or whether only a specific app stops working after connecting.

Include the selected route, the complete error message, and the steps you’ve tried. In screenshots, show only the areas relevant to the issue.

Subscriptions and Routing

Import and Access Issues

Tell us whether the issue occurs when retrieving your subscription, importing it into a client, updating routes, or accessing an app. If only one app is affected, include its name and your current routing mode.

Do not include your full subscription URL, account password, or access key in a ticket or screenshot. Redact these details before sharing logs.

Orders and Refunds

Order Details and What You Need

Include the relevant order ID, plan name, payment method, and order status shown in the user panel. Let us know whether you need a payment check, an explanation of billing, or a refund.

VPNWH offers 14-day refunds. See the Terms of Service for eligibility. Payment screenshots only need to show the details required to verify the order.

Replies and Follow-Up

Keep follow-up messages in the original ticket so the troubleshooting context stays together.

No reply yet—should I submit another ticket?
First, check the original ticket’s status and replies in the user panel. Response times depend on the complexity of the issue, the information that needs review, and the current ticket queue. Submitting duplicates makes it harder to keep everything together. If you see a new error or have troubleshooting results, add them to the original ticket.
Can I check anything myself before contacting support?
Check your plan status, whether the subscription is up to date, and the route and routing mode selected in your client. For initial setup, see Quick Start. If an existing setup stops working, follow the relevant steps in Troubleshooting, then include the results in your ticket.
Where can I find the plan terms?
See Plans & Pricing. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Data add-ons remain available until used and never expire. If the status in your user panel doesn’t match what you expect, include the relevant order details in a ticket.
I haven’t activated a plan yet. Where can I learn what’s required?
Start with the FAQ and Quick Start guide. No email address is needed to create an account—just a username and password. The client and subscription links are in the user panel. Log in to access your subscription; client downloads are available according to the panel.
